A new wave of innovation. ChatGPT's arrival was like AI for everyone, raw and unfiltered, leaving us wondering how to wield its power effectively. It's akin to the early days of Facebook – a huge hit, but then came the specialized social networks, each with its unique perspective.
GPTs mark a grand revolution, as they're the ones set to truly make a difference in our daily lives. 🌟
👉🏼👉🏼 On one hand, You can craft your very own GPT, train it with your company's and industry's content, and have it serve as a personalized, ultra-relevant assistant.
Your GPT could be your top employee, your ace marketer, your HR guru... sky's the limit! 💼💡
👉🏼👉🏼 On the other hand, you can use GPTs created by others. It's crucial to distinguish between GPTs created by ChatGPT, companies, or individuals.
There's a lot to learn about GPTs, and we're taking it one step at a time. First up: how to create your GPT for your business, followed by exploring which GPTs could jazz up your marketing emails.

1/ What are GPTs?
Initially, ChatGPT was an interface for direct conversations with AI trained by OpenAI on a vast array of references. 🤖
GPTs are like pre-trained conversations, already “educated” if you will. 🎓
If you want a highly educated IT person, you can get one. If you prefer highly qualified HR, don't hesitate! You can train or use all the GPTs you want… only with the paid version.
There are GPTs trained by:
- 🤖 ChatGPT
- 💼 Third-party companies as Adobe, Canva, Kayak…
- 🙍🏼♀️ Individuals.
2/ How to choose your GPTs?
When you click on the GPT icon, you'll see a pop-up window (as above) with:
- The creator's name (with possible links)
- The rating (on 5 stars)
- Ranking in the GPT category
- and the number of conversations initiated on this GPTs
It's your first level of choice. Then, it's all about your own experience guiding your decision. 🌟
Experiment. Iterate. Try again. AI is all about it :)
You can also search with your keyword
For instance, if you're in the wellness 🧘♂️ industry, there are folks out there who've already crafted conversations on that very topic, each with its own unique spin.
As you can imagine, the possibilities with GPTs are enormous. It's all about trial and error to find the GPT that fits you like a glove.
And if you're not entirely satisfied, well, it's up to you to create your GPT that mirrors your company's vibe! 💼✨
How to do it? Nothing more simple ⬇️⬇️
3/ Create Your Custom Business GPTs
- Click on “Explore GPT”
- Then on the green button “Create”
- You'll be engaging in conversation with him 🗣️
- Let yourself be carried away if you wish, he'll suggest a title for the GPT.
- Then, he'll propose an AI-generated image based on what you've told him. You can change it if you want or ask your bot to regenerate another image with other criteria.
- He'll ask you to specify any prohibitions, topics to avoid 🚫
- And then the tone (friendly, formal, with emojis... 😊)
- Feel free to add attachments like PDFs of statistics, studies in your industry 📊

By default, it will have filled in the categories Description, Instructions, Conversation starters, and Capabilities.
You can see in the picture above, that it connects GPT with the web and Dalle for image generation. If you want the code interpreter, you need to click on it.
And There you go! Your personalized robot is ready and you can always return to the “modify” section to continue its training.
4/ What GPTs to use for writing prospecting emails? We've tested 2
Here is our prompt:

I much prefer the response from the 'Advanced Email Assistant' GPT, it's much shorter, effective, and straight to the point. 🎯 I would never read through an entire email like the first one, it's too conventional.
It just shows how the same prompt can generate vastly different responses. It's a bit like with humans, the same question will bring different answers depending on your 'formatting,' you see? 🧠
So, it's essential to test the GPT that best suits you or even create your own and compare. 📝
AI saves you time, but you also need to take the time to understand it and shape it to fit your needs.
